FAQs

  • A. What is Conveyancing?

The process of transferring legal ownership of real estate from one person to another is known as conveyancing. While the definition of conveyancing is clear and simple, the fact that it is a legal operation adds a layer of complexity.

  • B. Do I need a Conveyancer?

'Yes', is the simple response. When you are buying or selling a home, you will need the assistance of a conveyancer to complete the deal. Conveyancers are still extremely useful for individuals who are just transferring the property title. They can assist you in avoiding typical problems associated with title transfers and ensuring that all legal paperwork is completed correctly.

  • C. Will I be charged for extra which I was not aware of?

No, you won't; we keep our costs minimal and don't charge you anything we haven't priced or warned you about.

  • D. Making an appointment outside the business hours

We recognize that scheduling appointments between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. is not always practical. By previous agreement, we are available for appointments after hours (evenings and weekends), whether at our office or at your home. Simply contact our office and we will see what we can do to help you. Though you do not need to reside close to your chosen conveyancer, we make every effort to offer fast service to customers who are not nearby or who are interstate/internationally through email, ensuring that all correspondence and documents are sent safely and quickly.
